Commission Process

Inquiry

Share your idea or reference photos using the Commission Request Form

(Requests are reviewed based on current workload and feasibility. Submission does not confirm a commission)

Agreement/Deposit

After accepting your request, an email will be sent with the Commission Agreement and a 50% deposit link. The deposit officially begins the commission process.

Preliminary Sketch

A sketch is shared via email for feedback before final details and color are added

Completion

After sketch approval, details will be added in ink and watercolor. The final balance will be requested before delivery

From Agreement and deposit to delivery, the process typically takes 6–8 weeks, depending on workload and project complexity.

All commissions are museum-grade, signed, embossed with the Urban InkHaus logo, and delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity. These custom pieces are designed to last a lifetime with proper care.
